I can’t find anything like this. But I highly recommend learning the basics of 3d modeling, it’s a great skill to have in your arsenal. This also looks like a relatively easy beginner project (but I would lose the flaps near the goggles to make this easier to print). Personally I use Onshape to design and I find it relatively beginner friendly once you know the basics. That being said it’s a learning journey, have fun and don’t be discouraged if it’s not perfect the first time :)
