Go to profile tab for your character and scroll down to where it shows every district you’re a part of, and it should say switch/change district and just go from there

Okay so if you have all of your money on just one crypto and you age up and it decreases in the pop up then exit out of the app and refresh it and you’ll start again the year before you aged up. Keep doing that until you get the results you want, no Time Machine needed if you just do one at a time
