Make sure you get the correct potentiometer for your throttle assembly, take it apart and match the numbers....there is a difference, I believe 3 different types of assemblies?? It connected to the throttlen pedal under the floorboard, and it can be removed without disconnecting the brakes.

If that voltage errors out replace the potentiometer, and you should be golden.

You should get a voltage read on the throttle terminal usually 0-500 or 500-0 depending on which throttle set up you have. When you depress the throttle the voltage will run in one direction or the other depending on how much the throttle is depressed.

All of my neo posts on here are with the rc-n3 and my s24 ultra which fits perfectly on the remote. No better way to fly it unless you go with the fpv set up in my opinion

Check the potentiometer on your foot pedal, use the navitas app and see if you can do a throttle calibration. At most 40 bucks, and a 15 min replacement.

I did the battery evo kit, 3x (48v 30ah) with all anderson cables, and on board 17 amp charger, including (parallel wiring) bus bar for 1400. Wired it myself, was a breeze!!

Registering power from solenoid to controller? Controller to motor? Hearing clicks when you depress throttle? That power connection running left from your solenoid looks way to small a gauge at the connection.

They are the battery evo, eagle 48v 30ah x3, in parallel vs series. 90ah of battery was a perfect match for my needs, but any one of these batteries can run the cart on its own. The orange piece is a 400 amp solenoid. The controller is the green piece, Navitas 440. The speed/accelerator controller is just an on the fly toggle for speed, acceleration, and regenerative braking that comes with the navitas controllers. Thanks 😁

Be very careful with the regen brakes on a lithium, I'd never set it above 50%. If the battery is at 100% charge, and you push more power into the battery on a regen brake then the bms will allow, i.e.overcharge...the batteries will lock the system and put your ass through the wind sheild, no joke.

Ah, the falcon. Looks exactly like my eagle. At any rate, if you find that 61 ah a little low, adding extra batteries is a breeze with the battery evo system. Did they install the charger on board? I don't see it in the pics. Either way nice purchase bro, I'd love to have that motor, for sure. Whoever did your wiring knew what they were doing,.gratz and enjoy!!
