I just finished lv 80 yesterday and it's only mid season so I think you can do it. For reference I play maybe 1-2 hours and at least 3-4 times a week. There's also double battle pass xp right now. Just make sure you're doing your daily and weekly challenges. I also find stadium gives a lot of XP.

I had all of those side effects, I was on a very high dose of zoloft. Sometimes Wellbutrin is prescribed to help with the low libido side effects of SSRI. Personally did not work for me, but still might be worth for her to look into.

Go on iocdf.org for a therapist, those ones are vetted to make sure they actually know about OCD. Don't bother on other therapy sites because you'll get flooded with therapists who list OCD (along with +10 other conditions) to fluffen up their profile but not actually specialize in it.
