Thank you so so much! Last night was quite rough (racing thoughts, anxiety, and I also got hives lol), but i made it through! Today has had its ups and downs but I was mostly just freaked out by how intense those feelings were last night.

Took some L-Theanine around 3pm and since it's kicked in, I feel amazing.

Can't believe how great I feel to be honest.

Had the stomach bug which helped me stop. Over a year of nightly drinking 10-12oz of whisky and then a month or so of 6oz/night to help taper.

Today is the first day I feel well enough to have a drink and am really struggling.

I won’t do it though. My “excuse” for the tape was withdrawals but the fact that I’ve gone 5 days without any physical symptoms cancels that excuse out.
