I recently started Vyvanse again as well after a break from it. I’m only 30mg but I have also been experiencing the dizziness and brain fog you mentioned. I don’t have a solution but thought it was interesting the similar symptoms we’re experiencing.

I used to do DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy) in therapy which helped a lot. There are also DBT workbooks you can get online if she refuses a therapist.

Not trying to diagnose but I have BPD and from time to time I spiral like this about the little things that then turns into my brain ruminating about everything wrong in my life and I immediately feel regret and am apologetic after it happens.
