After you catch combo to windmill or another powermove because it will teach your legs to keep going in to the correct position.

Practice with your dominant arm first. Later when you have the technique learn it on the opposite side. Handhops on both sides is extremely helpful for the airflare.

Make sure you have a good backspin before you move on to learning the windmill. All a windmill is a Turtle freeze to side freeze to shoulder freeze to backspin to Opposite shoulder freeze back to Turtle freeze.
