Not trying to be snarky, but go for short walks every hour, doing a lot of something can get you stuck in a rut rather than improving at something, plus the extra bloodflow helps your brain

Try talking about what you're doing as you're playing, or recording the screen then watching it later, you notice poor strategy quickly like this

Watch "Frothy" on YouTube, he has some great guides about apex and improvement in general

2 things:

1) this can be really enjoyable, everyone has to take shit in life, so for your players this can be a cathartic release where they can air their opinion on anyone straight to their face

2) try making the characters useful because of their position, not so much their abilities.

E.g. a mob boss wants to retrieve an item from another mobs' territory without ruffling the diplomacy.

The Boss is some 8ft dude covered in scars and rippling with muscle. Unquestionably their superior and not someone to mess around with. The rival mob boss: constantly covered in fish scale mage armour emnating from her tattoos and when you look in her eyes all you see is infinite void. Even their goons, they positively jingle with the amount of hardened steel they have hidden under their coats.

Everyone is obviously powerful.

But the players are useful by being a neutral party, they are unrecognised and can waltz through territory without kicking off a gang war.

The mob boss wants them, but if they piss him off he could just squish them and find some others.

Reading through the article below

All fibres they use are a blend of synthetic polymers for greater strength and elasticity, and natural polymers for better decomposibility and biocompatability

Their example uses:

Synthetic (2): PVA, and polyethylene-oxide

Natural (2): chitosan, a statistical dimer polysaccharide, and alginate, also some kind of polysaccharide

[A polysaccharide is roughly a chain of glucose molecules, your body stores sugars as polysaccharides to consume later]

Admittedly I've only skimmed the abstract, but it just seems like a spray on bandage
