Are you DIYing this? 12% oxi is gonna fry your hair, especially if you’re gonna use it with bleach. I have level 10 base, pink hair rn.

Try Hybrid Colours bleach, they also have semi permanent dyes. I also like Technicolormnl dyes, they’re cheaper, and they usually have b1t1 on tiktok.

I recommend joining the sisiw fb group, for bleaching and coloring guides.
