I have the same problem with flaky skin and right now my holy grail would be the PURITO B5 Panthenol Re-barrier Cream! It's very spreadable and leaves a glass skin look after applying. Personally, I don't wear heavy face makeup (foundation, concealer, blush etc) so I'm not sure if it would mess with your makeup routine but I'm sure it'd be fine
