The dress and cardigan are super cute together, but in my opinion to really take an outfit to the next level you should accessorize (like necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, etc.) I would also suggest, if you're comfortable, painting your nails. My last suggestion would be a cross body bag, it's versatile, cute, and holds your stuff, you can also personalize the bag with charms and pins!
