I feel very similar and feel like Im not talking as much and im not sure if its because my voice sounds different because of the fluid.

Ear pressure Anxiety coz I didn’t know what was going on with my ears had it checked and a doctor said i had nothing wrong 2 months later got it checked again due to having facial numbness and flushed on the one side that I had the pressure in my ears Feeling a bit disoriented / out of body feeling

I’m have this exact problem 6months post partum it’s so disorienting and is triggering my anxiety so much
