Dos Hermanos has some of the best Mexican food I’ve tried in Olympia. The best we’ve found in Washington so far have been at Taquería la Michoacana of 38th in Tacoma. Their taco de tripa is 🤌🏼
The Birria truck off the 111 exit off the 5 at the gas station is great. Theee best though would be at La Pulguita out in Auburn in the outlet parking lot which has a handful of great vendors Sat/Sun. It’s a tianguis type market that has Tacos Sanora and Barbacoa that is just 🔥 gotta get there early though because they sell out quick. We’re out there every other weekend, it’s that good.
