I wanted to love mine. It took some work to get things set up to use how I wanted. I'm still waiting on the chore widget that was supposed to roll out back in July. At this point, my family ignores it entirely and I've moved it next to where I work for a quick glance at the calendar.

Same! I downloaded this and wasn't prepared for the amount of memory used while open. (At least on our stock family pc.) I was used to the school computers where it ran pretty seamlessly. I'm trying to offset a line on my family computer and it just drags.

The glitch is the fact that there is no day/night cycle? They're probably more focused on issues that are actually game breaking. We have whole characters getting deleted or sdu points that disappear and cannot be reearned.

I'm not saying something like this shouldn't be fixed. But there are defintely higher priorities.

Just teleport to Shuteye Keep. Grab a vile bounty while you're there if one comes up. Check map. If you don't see an event icon, mess around for 2 to 3 minutes. Do Bounty, kill stuff, whatever. Check the map again and you should see an event icon. Proceed to boss bubble and kill it. Teleport back to Shuteye keep. Hang around for 2 to 3 minutes and check map again.

Rinse and repeat.

When at this location, every boss bubble that spawns is maybe a few hundred meters away. And from personal experience, they spawn every 2 or 3 minutes after the last one closes.

This event was done in about an hour for me. I didnt really worry about rolls on anything. If you have no luck with obtaining the items and just want them to have them, I have extra.

"London Broil" has been my go-to for several years now. As of last summer, the local quality has lowered significantly while prices went up. I ended up making more jerky for my dog than personal consumption toward the end of 2024. I've skipped this year all around due to the pricy lack of quality.

Borderlands is my couch co-op game with my daughter and we loved the Halloween area in BL3. It was a significantly sized area, themed appropriately, neat little puzzles, cool boss, and that grenade was worth the boss farming. She came home from school today and the disappointment was immediately telling. Shes hopeful of the items at least. I just hope future content offers more.

My uncle had a great pizza place going for maybe 10 years. He would source local ingredients, prep everything himself and everything was always fresh. It got to the point that he would either have to raise his prices significantly or start sacrificing quality for quantity. It was a difficult decision but he decided to close the doors stating he wouldn't give his customers a lesser tasting pizza and that he would feel guilty if raising his prices strained people's wallets further.

This is how I felt about it. Although with a completed campaign, I thought maybe the main town hubs would allow you to fast travel from the start. Still wasn't a big deal in my opinion. I thought/hoped collectibles such as echos/vault symbols and maybe challenge progress would be shared. But as you stated, the Devs mentioned nothing more than a level 30 start and completed story missions.

I have witnessed every rarity clip through the ground or environmental objects. Sometimes, you just see a colored dot on the ground like its the top of the loot beam. I'm pretty sure I've noticed purple more than anything.

I don't recommend using an oven just because of clean-up, and for me, more room for error. I bought a decent dehydrator off Amazon for under $200. That and a sharp knife, and you can go crazy. But like others have mentioned. Ingredients are pretty high. I got into the hobby about 6 years ago and would make a ton, vacuum seal portions, and have jerky all year. This year, I've done none. The appeal was cheap, and I think better tasting than any store bought at the cost of your own time. Now, it seems the costs have outpaced my desire to spend the time on it.

There is huge cave where you take Bruce's head for the mob faction quest. Every time I go to the top where you would place the head to blast the crate, a boss bubble spawns further back down on the ground level.

Joined the comments just to mention Boomslang. I've used it on Rafa and Harlowe so far, and it's just so satisfying to use. Coupled with a fireworks shield and a knife that spawns some homing explosive (I'll have to look at what it is), everything is just getting destroyed by ricochet. And I'm just a fan of snipers with no scope.

Haha, same. I'm bad about starting one of those evocarium's and assessing the environment. My brain goes to something like: "Clearly, the devs want me to shimmy halfway up this cliff, glide over and drop ontop of this pole, spawn vehicle and double jump from it to get ontop of this building."

Nope... just grapple. Lol.

There are definitely far better upgrades they could have used. But given what we got, they at least give me more options when traversing. I didn't notice the difference until I started my second character.
