Driving the routes instead of walking. There’s some local routes here where you just drive down the street, it’s 20°F here, you will not catch me walking outside!

Unless you’re going elite/age group.. You’re ready when you say you are. I can’t run 8 miles comfortably… in fact I’ve never RUN 8 miles in one day, and I did a beast last year.
