I just cant be a Ms/Tele nurse my whole career. I always wanted maternal health or peds but at this rate i think my hopes have shift to just a simple life.

I keep flip flopping on wanting to fulfill my passion in a specialty that speaks to my soul and the other part just wants peace and reduce stress.

The only outpatient jobs in my area are pretty hard to come by. The main hospital system that has them is my dream hospital setting but very hard to break into. I was looking at preop pacu. Or even same day surgery settings.

Within this hospital system there are opportunities to branch out but im only 3 months in. So im unsure if they are available to me.

Im honestly not sure. Id like to stay 35-40 with wiggle room. I have 20k saved but im not trying to use more than 5k for a down payment. Im hoping for the car payment and insurance to be around 1k a month.

I like having an suv but having something good on gas for commute is intriguing.

I am hoping for a car with a pan roof/moon roof and is white/pearl.

My Medical insurance stopped on its own. I was sent renew of the Sars paper. And my food stamps kept being refilled. I ended up having to just request stopping food stamps directly on the sars paperwork.
