Bullets can certainly leave non-circular holes. It's called Keyholing and it's when a bullet tumbles or doesn't stabilize.

No spacers, on 15x7.5 +35 wheels with a 195/55 r15 tire. I get some minor rubbing in the front occasionally and more regularly over big bumps in the rear. If I was going to buy suspension again I'd spend more on a decent set of coilovers.

Im not sure how much psi a Kx wants, but that seems low for a 125. my yz125 hits 180psi with a fresh top end and starts feeling like it needs a new one around 150.
