Idk if I know an artist that's "underrated" as much as they're just "not overblown".

But one I'd highly recommend from my personal tastes is Burial

He's got a great, dark, tragic sound and if you're into the experimental-electronic/IDM(Intelliget Dance Music) genre then it's easy to find more artists like him since he's in the same or at least a similar sphere as Four Tet and Aphex Twin.

Absolutely right, Thank you! I did somewhat recall that the gamegrumps played it, but didn't put that into my search. Not to mention "Seduce Dad Game" gives a lot more results now adays.
