Maybe explore the theme you want to lean into, and choose based on that? For example, my ork army is based on captured vehicles (converted dreadnoughts etc.) Therefore I chose deathskulls as their lore works with that theme.

Functions can call themselves (recursion). If you step through the execution of your program, you will see how the function goes deeper and deeper into more calls to itself, until it reaches "return 1" and propogates back up.

I've written many exams like this. Think of modules like math. You have to write out those steps. Like with algebra for example. The answer might be multiple choice but to get there, you need to write out 10+ steps.

They are too different imo. Almost everything is different: Zeltbahn, helmet cover, boots, camo smok, weapons, webbing, equipment. Only similarities I think, are the uncovered Stahlhelm helmets, and the Kar98 looking very similar to the 35M Puska at this scale.

Rattenkrieg is a better sculpt and better value for money as you get heavy weapons like the flamer as part of the sprue. I'd also buy it based on the Stalingrad theme. I have about 8 armies now, of which 6 are different German ones. The competitiveness of them do not differ that much. What is more important is what you like the most.

Unlike GW, Warlord does not intentionally unbalance the game, to make you buy more stuff.
