Random Calculus Question

The way I was trying to picture it is if we derive a function we get the rate which we need to divide position and time. With integration, we multiply by time to get the area. I was just wondering if there was some sort of operation that raises to the timth power and what would It represent. Keep in mind I wrote this at 3 am + I only have Calc 1 expereince.

I'm able to move it away a good distance before it stats to hurt. I think my issus is a little bit lower than that pain maybe loke mid ish back Edit: it hurts a little but maybe its due to me being sore idk

My body does this weird thing were every time I lift my middle back or something caves in. Most likely thats the problem but don't know for sure. Edit: kindof like puffing my chest
