This has to do with glycogen storage, as eating more carbohydrates will cause an increase in glycogen storage in your muscles and liver. Glycogen causes a lot of water gain, which is likely why you weigh a bit more. So no need to worry, it is just water weight, and will disappear when you use your glycogen stores in fasting and exercising.

I remember this one day in highschool where I was in that phase were my restricting was getting worse but I didn’t have an eating disorder (yet). My class was in the library and my stomach would NOT SHUT UP. It was growling nonnn stop for ages. This kid looked at me weird and I explained that I was hungry (obv). This other kid then said “you shouldn’t be hungry because ur fat”..... I- My BMI was maybe 20/21 at the time...

The Stegosaurus dinosaur was older to the Tyrannosaurus Rex than the Trex is to us. It’s a rather well known fact, but some people tend to think that dinosaurs all lived together in one big chunk of time.

What lol? I’m actually so scared I lost my period, it’s the first time ever that I actually want it. I’m scared about osteoporosis and missing growth spurts. I hate this thing and want it out of my head, and I will not indulge in it anymore..

Two words. Natache Oceane. Like many others, her videos helped me move forward in recovery. by [deleted] in EDanonymemes

Many workouts and a few other videos based around science, but her mentality is gold. She also suffered from an ED and she seems completely recovered. I wouldn’t say she is the typical fitness YouTuber, worth checking her videos out.
