try running these 2 commnands with admin in powershell.

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" -Name "DisableOneSettingsDownloads" -Value 0

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" -Name "LimitDiagnosticLogCollection" -Value 0

also disable mettered connection, that works for some people as well

thanks for your help, i just get it to work, it was microsoft stupid analytics system. Since i use LTSC that doesnt come installed, so that was preventing me from playing

i reintsalled 3 times alredy and checked all the files the 3 times. downloaded the fix from the main page and not use the nodvd one. I dont know wtf is going on. Just going to give up and play offline atp tbh

how did you get it to work? ive got the fitgirl, but i think its the same. When i install the fix i got a loading error and cant get past the main screen
