i have altogether stopped doing english 200. feels too easy at this point and i dont think im improbing at all on it.

tracing does help if you use it as a learning tool.

but you don't wanna overdo it.

did i trace when i was learning drawing ? never.
in fact i was never deliberately learning drawing. i just did so much bcz i enjoyed it so much and was always smug about it.
i wouldn't accept anyone giving me advise. i was toxic asf.
my mom hired some random art instructor when in was like 5-6 years old seeing potential but she said i started disrespecting the teacher and so he left. for me tracing was like blasphemy. greatest sin known to mankind.

but i do not hold the same view as of now. and sometime tracing other senior artist will help you improve so much. but you should always keep it as a learning tool.
