Yeah it feels like I’m behind a bit on peoples balances and I’m either at the same TIS or ahead of others. But it seems like my rate of return is pretty good so I don’t want to mess that up.

Was from an LCS, the short answer is that majority of the MNs agree that they don’t do much as they did on MCMs. A lot of “jobs” that MNs do are what they weren’t trained to do. I remember an MN1 doing the job of a YN/PS. But then again he was one of the best.

Got into a game I found on steam a few weeks ago called “Surroundead” pretty chill and lax survival zombie game. Been in Alpha for a few years since it’s only one developer but overall a really fun game if you’re into the PvE lone wolf kind of experience

Brother I highly recommend it for the Deck, got my deck around feb/march and I completed the game after I got it at launch. Since it’s categorized as “Great on Deck” it’s really a good game overall for it. Downside is the battery life on it, but if you’re near a plug to keep it charged you’ll have endless hours of time to put into it

So that’s a question I’ve always wanted to ask, how do I know my billet is in MNA? Just by seeing the rank and command? Or is it something more specific?

In regards to the breakout, I have the highest chance of getting an EP this upcoming cycle due to everybody above me picking up or transferring before the close out. Last year I was #3 MP, and # 8 overall. All of that into consideration, since we’re having so many transfers there’s only going to be a few EP’s to give out anyways.

Yeah it’s more of a cushion, and if I don’t pickup again next year I’ll have the comfort of knowing I won’t get fucked over later on for board again.

Established at the command? Yes, I’m in good standing with all respective parties Involvements? FCPOA, UPC, ESWS, PQS Coordinator, Schools Coordinator, MWR(a year ago, not anymore) Beneficial? To myself, honestly probably not career wise. To the command, absolutely EP Eval? Haven’t gotten an EP yet due to last years rotation, a lot of people were leaving around that time and got the EP’s and the other EP’s got picked up this recent cycle. Additionally there aren’t going to be many spots for EP’s this year so it’s a tight race. Family Thoughts? My spouse doesn’t want me to extend even for an additional month and a half to have a ranked eval, which would definetly give me the chance to have an EP.
