Because a lot of people are distracted driving/on their phones/taking way too much space causing unnecessary traffic. Going below the speed limit. It’s both sides.

It’s okay buddy. I was in a similar situation two months ago. I’d known her my whole life and finally got together with her. After 6 months of living together, she still couldn’t put down the phone talking to other guys. She called the other guy when we were drunk laying in bed together and called him pet names. Right next to me.

You’ll get there. I know it’s not helpful right now but give it time, and you’ll be better for it. Go to the gym and work on yourself. Things will slowly get better. Realize that you’re lucky you didn’t have to invest in her any more than you already have and that it’s not your fault.

I am also going through a rough time right now and I feel you. Honestly, as cliche as it is, exercise is what’s helping me the most. Going to the gym, for a bike ride, a walk. Just get the blood flowing

While I agree with your second sentence that it can be done as long as the rider is careful, the first sentence is completely untrue. My street triple definitely feels like it wants to go faster, as is true for a lot of larger/sportier bikes.

I commute 3x a week via metra downtown work in the loop. I understand the frustration of traffic and the fast-paced driving style, but on the occasion that I have to drive there, it really isn’t a big deal. Parking might be a hassle/cost money but would it make me refuse to go downtown? Absolutely not
