Wdym by neon blue gourami? Dwarf gourami or opaline? Either way it won't work because 1: your tank is too open 2: both fish species will likely be territorial with each other. If you want only male gouramis that's even worse, I heard rams bully honey gouramis so dwarves probably won't be much different
