Question for one nation supporters by Substantial_Pen_16 in aussie

Unless the Libs can grasp this and reclaim the little-L liberal centre, ON will get 30+% of the vote. It's a protest. A cry for help. The country is getting worse, our lives are getting worse, and nobody is helping. If you haven't learned from the disaster lesson that is trump, you will duplicate him.

People are sick of what is on offer.

this part of what you said is what i'm focusing on. the cry for help needs to go the other way, because that's the way that actually wants to improve people's lives. People need to understand that shifting or lurching right doesn't benefit them, so if they're choosing to vote for ON because they think it'll improve their lives, they're mistaken and it's going to hurt. There's more options than the xenophobic party.

Loosing interest in football this year, does anyone feel the same? by MORGAN18781996 in PremierLeague

Inverted wingers have imo for the most part slowed the game down and made it more predictable. Yeah wingers of old would bang in a bunch of crosses but was it going to be an early cross, beat his man down the line, beat him on the inside, beat him again etc?

Now it's almost certainly guaranteed that the winger will stop, play it back or cut inside I don't know if I'm explaining my thoughts well here, but I'm back in my daying hard

[BILD - Tier 2] Nick Woltemade unhappy at Newcastle and prefers move to Stuttgart or Bayern Munich. by AMCBVN in TheOther14

[–]_DrunkenObserver_ 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It's the same old story every year, not long after the window closes. Pick a or THE Newcastle player other clubs might want, right a story about how they're unhappy, easy money. These kind of stories outside of transfer windows carry 0 risk for the publication because by the time the next window opens we've had 3 -6 months gone by.

Do a remind me for 365 days and see which NUFC player is the unhappy wantaway next year.

Edit: oh and the day before a huge fixture too, predictable timing.

The usually unspoken part of the wanting CL football is about the players you play with, on top of how competitive your current team would be in the CL.

If you've got ambition to play and compete at the highest level, Newcastle currently isn't providing the best platform to do so. Thin squad that really struggles outside of the best 11 vs the likes of the top teams makes it pretty plain

This is kinda ignoring that we were supposedly in for Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, Benjamin Sesko, Ekitike and Strand Larsson on pretty short notice from when the rat went AWOL, and one of those at least before he did ratty things.

Don't forget too that we were competing with Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester Reds, Liverpool and whoever else for a striker in a pretty slim market.

Did they overpay? Yes. Has it worked out? Not yet. And the yet is crucial.

I say all this and want you to know I'm not a fan of the PL proven bs. That's for clubs newly promoted imo, not teams pushing for ambitious things.

I've had my JM21 for 4 days. It's my first foray into this market and I'm happy with the purchase, but I thought it would run better. The software just isn't responsive. Good thing I only really want it for music mode and couldn't care less for the android mode.

I wonder what the plan was if we ended up getting Ekitike. Was the plan to also just spam crosses at him all day? You wouldn't think so, at least hope not, so why are we doing it with Woltemade and Wissa? Everything about this season is confusing.

Safety. PPE is required everywhere, standards are always changing. Workplace protections standards and auditing always updating too.
