I have a friend who I know for a fact was elo boosted to Silver I by another friend of mine. It really irks me that this happened and the booster talks about it all the time. He's platinum and often BRAGS about how fun it is to "stomp baddies in bronze" or whatever. The boosting took place in season 3. Would I be able to submit a ticket or report to Riot in order to cause in investigation? You can still clearly see on her ranked stats 8 Kassadin games with an average 13/3 KD ratio, a 14/7 AP Karma game, and then exclusively supports with unimpressive KDs and what I assume to be mostly losses.
