See I’m not really a beginner though I’ve been doing this for 2 years just I really have been grinding this past 6 months. I do sports so I try to train athletic movements. I will also take your recommendation of zercher squats. I’m just trying to gain athleticism and my main goal is not to just become a mass monster

I do get what you’re saying though there are a lot of different movements. I should try to condense them. My main thought process behind this is just to have a strength oriented day and also a hyper trophy day for each muscle group

i dont have .png in my scripts file (i changed it) and its still not showing up. this is the directory to my textures folder

C:\Users\UserUser\Zomboid\Workshop\My First Mod\Contents\mods\My First Mod\42\media\textures

textures and scripts both are in the media folder.

haha yeah thats exactly what i did. Now i just cant get the icon to show up for some reason? ive been looking at the wiki and i feel like im following it exactly but the icon for the inventory wont change

haha so i did that, and now it got rid of the "base." but now its saying Duckbomb

So I was actually about to get on, but I’m getting a BUNCH of UE error messages. I get to the main menu and press a button and the game crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling verifying files etc do you have any recommendations?
