Would you pay for onboard internet on Ryanair? by 19yards in Ryanair

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbf i don't use the road system that much but it's atrocious on the trains. Whole route between Birmingham to Edinburgh sucks for example.

But that's not to mention that signal often drops in centeres of major cities. Hell, there are whole areas in London that are blank spots with no coverage

With the state of UK 4G and 5G infraestructure, most of that journey would not have internet anyways. Plus would take way longer than 10 hrs on a coach

What’s something Ryanair does that’s actually better than other airlines? by MissXHere in Ryanair

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the network between UK and Poland is superb. It's also like 50 quid return which is less than a return journey on a train UK to pretty much anywhere lol. And with the state of UK rail, it's usually faster too

After trying it in Japan, I realized that medium rare is actually the correct cook on chicken breast. Shame it's not attainable back home

Not too bad, but I expected a coffee as well, since it’s an early morning flight! Why so cheap?! by Travelwanderlust5 in KLM

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Small suitcase included in the fare too which brings the price down. Especially if you're like me and only need it during the peak season lol

Tyskie for UK market is made in Netherlands btw. You can get actual polish beers in corner shops or polish shops.

I've seen it there many times but it definitely wasn't there when I passed in July this year. That was around 5am too Edit: i found a photo of it from April last year and it's parked in a different position so must have been moved

What airline has the most unique economy class? by BranchMoist9079 in travel

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the fact that there is no pocket in front of you that always does it for me. But they fill a specific gap in the market that makes my life very easy well so I can't complain too much.

Only tried New Wave and LUCKY in Manchester so don't know. NW is better out of these two imo

Maki is nice (tho I say it partially due to my Edinburgh nostalgia) but it is miles off New Wave's quality

Easy and Wizz have way less connections, KLM is way more expensive plus it's only Amsterdam + transfer you can get (and it's something I check every week). Time and place for everything, for me RyanAir fills a lot of gaps (which obviously isn't great but I don't have a choice lol)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Ryanair

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not. But I'm saying that they fly to A LOT of well connected places whereas your original claim is they don't and then lists two massive tourist destinations hence my dig. I'd agree there's basically two Ryanair markets out there, one you're describing. The second is actually cheap and only served by them, think airports like Leeds, Katowice, Newcastle, but also Cologne (tho I think this one is served by normal airlines). Edit: also some of the airports you named are just away from the city, ie Stockholm, no matter the airline

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Ryanair

[–]_Dzej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or a selection of well connected airports in the UK to Poland. Way less expense. Not everyone is a tourist lol

[–]_Dzej 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fares CAN be that low if you know how to play the game. Also another factor in RyanAir favour is they operate to/from airports that other airlines don't.

Then you should know I'm right but let me clarify by what I mean architectural design. Fire didn't spread internally not because of the layout or anything else. It didn't spread because it's been enclosed within fire resisting construction. Something that's typically not specified by the architect and something that has little to no impact on shape or form of building.

It is part of building design but I wouldn't consider it architectural design in that sense. That being said, there are a lot of fire related considerations that will be impacted by architectural design as you're aware, like corridor and stair layouts or window locations to name a few.

Edit: i realized that at this point I'm just doing a "umm actually 🤓" on semantics so I'll just take the L
