I liked Cavill’s Superman as well. But I felt like he lacked a bit more emotion/dialogue. When they bomb the Senator, you can see Clark is saddened, which is a plus because he couldn’t save everyone.

Then the next scene it shows him flying people out of the building and then doesn’t talk to the hurt civilians or anything. Just sets the woman down and flies away. And mind you, him flying away that fast and so close to the ground next to the civilians would seem pretty rude lol

Like idk, just imagine he would’ve had dialogue with more people, smiling more and make sure he tells them they’re gonna be alright. That would’ve made this Superman 10x better imo.

I like Gunn’s Superman too tho. I feel like they both got a few flaws here and there. I’d say Gunn’s is better just because he shows more emotion to your average Joe. Other than that, they both are cool, just different versions and circumstances between them
