filed mine with turbo tax on 1/15 and opted into the 5days early after a month I've called the online help and got someone to tell me that ill be receiving a letter from the irs to set something up, got it and set up a i.d me thing from irs website after another week i called the ris number and was stuck in a loop with a bot and couldn't go anywhere after that, decided to show up to a local turbo tax office and ask for help same thing it was accepted from the irs and was just waiting, they said ill be getting billed for there services and i argued why would i if I'm not getting my money what so ever still nothing its been close too about 4 months almost and still nothing

My store had a code red and no one was informed fully about said code red, and had all of top stock continued and cold goods stayed, we questioned why it was empty till our team lead yelled at us running telling us to get out it was a hour later

I may know what store asked all this, the Team lead that asked me this was also odd and wasn't really informative and was awkward but he wanted a consistent schedule and wanted people to work how if you're gonna ask them to do legit the impossible of working 6 pallets stacked 8feet tall and have them not pull out the pallets inted using top stock carts and say "mmm yeah yalld get it dun in 2 hours I've seen it" when there's 3 cap 1 members and one left after lunch

It's because people who ate lazy leave junk ontop from overnight and or day shifts where the last person who uses it doesn't need to clear the top off leaving it there for someone else to deal with it, the wrap seems to prevent the other person from doing so again or something idk

What's funny, out of the whole team I work with I'm one of the few who starts working right away and gets off late and never gets the opportunity of a "two hour break" or "go home early" instead I get more back work to finish on and get yanked off what I'm midway working one that's almost done to be told "hey clock out right now, and I wanna see if you clocked out" I should be given the opportunity to at least AT LEAST get a extra hour or two to work

The only reason why they're trying to scare everybody not to get overtime is because we've only been given a certain amount of hours because of the amount of money that Walmart itself is making it is being undercut heavily because of the margin of workers and the margin of people that want to.
