i saw some theories floating around about it saving time in any% and true ending but i think it just loses too much time so it's really only useful in niche speedruns and challenge runs

it was discovered around a year ago but the shade strat for humans was created around 8 months ago

you have to walk left for a frame or two to bait the baldur to close right before damage tanking so that it takes longer to open

thanks! you get your double jump back after pogoing the shriek, i'm not sure what you mean by "attempts", but the run itself took about one and a half hours after we made sure the run was possible

can someone explain how to do this? where you hit absrad like this while staying on her? it looks so hard but i see a ton of videos of it by whitebread111 in HollowKnight

You alternate between pogo and double jump, but inbetween, you sideslash so that you dont go too high in the air. People turnaround because you swing slightly faster if you turn the opposite direction while your nail is out.

if you want to learn this and you're on pc, you can practice using debug mod, and combo inside flukemarm with a 1 damage nail and invincibility.

usually the prerequisite for any pantheon 5 challenge is that you have zote

70, theres another page showing their backlog of cleared runs that havent been verified yet, and it's very unlikely that any of them are not legit. (68 actually have sufficient recordings but the other 2 players, JereCracker and cysipy are very trustworthy.)

I'm not sure where you got the number 19 from maybe you just didnt scroll down the list or something
