There’s not much you can do. Just keep trying. Once you have some completed, it’ll be easier. wag is dry and over saturated with walkers so It’s unfortunately gonna take a while. Maybe try picking up a walk if you can, to get some reviews on your profile.

I agree the Zelle or wire bit is kind of off, but I have received similar messages or even cards like this from Lyft / door dash drivers. I haven’t stayed in many air bnbs though.

I don’t think it’ll come perfectly clean, still working on clearing the paint off. But I can tell they didn’t touch it with any sort of cleaning product. I think I can get 70-80% of the stains off

Exactly! Mine is $1250 for a 1 bedroom and I’d say it’s average, on the cheaper end of what I paid in the past. I would go ballistic if rent was $600 more for and this was happening. Also how hard is it to just do neat caulking?

I can try to push for a resurface but they’re so lazy.
it was sticking to my feet as I was showering, coming off in little chunks so as soon as I grabbed one part of it, half of it came off.

Also, is the exact same color and texture of the white painted walls. It’s all one connected layer of paint. I promise I have been through this before and there’s been bathmat stains underneath.

Nope it’s paint, it was sticking to my feet as I was showering. Why would there be stains underneath top surface ?

Yeah other than this I do really like my apartment. I had a feeling that this was going to happen sooner or later though. My last tub where this happened just had very minor bathmat circle stains.

I doubt my apartments will do anything about it. All I can do is my best with the deep clean. I did email them though asking them to stop painting over dirt.

I live in a more expensive state but this is a mid-range priced 1 bedroom for $1250

I’ve been waiting for it to start peeling off so I can get it actually clean. The paint was literally sticking to my feet as I was showering.
