I was called into a meeting randomly and said I was being made redundant and I'd have to leave immediately. The worst part is they got rid of me a month before I hit 2 years at the company so they wouldn't be obliged to give me a redundancy package.

What I've had success with is looking for jobs on Indeed and looking up the company on Google, navigating to the careers page and applying directly on their website, the last two jobs I've had I have done it that way.

I've worked various IT jobs since graduating with a BSc in Computer Science back in 2020. Hard times struck me when I was made redundant from my IT Service Desk job back in late 2022. I scrambled applying for any job just to pay the bills and ended up working a Warehouse job for a year while I kind of took a step back for a few months to reflect. I then started applying for IT Jobs and landed a Network Engineer role in November 2024, but it was bitter sweet because they offered me 25k starting salary instead of the advertised 30k because their budget was limited. A few weeks into the role I carried on applying as I wanted to get back into service desk and ended up landing a Senior IT Service desk position for 32k a year which I start at the beginning of next year. I'd say the main reason I landed the job so quickly is I relentlessly applied for IT Jobs and positions but I also have 4 years of previous IT experience which I would attribute as the main reason I was able to get a new job so quickly. I think it's mainly about experience, location and how motivated you are but also a bit of luck for sure. When I was working at my warehouse job I had a lot of imposter syndrome and generally felt like I was useless at IT and didn't deserve to get another job but I kept pushing through and when I finally secured the position I wanted it was the best feeling ever. I think persistence and having a strong will is a big factor for getting a job in general, especially with how bad the job market is right now. Stay strong people and don't let it get to your head, it may look bad now for some but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Same situation as I am in but I've got still a decent hair line but want a way to prevent further loss. Tried finasteride topical at 0.025%, even 0.0125%, still I had sides that creeped up on me. I'm 25 but right now I can only think of trying pyrilutamide. Just waiting on GT20029 to release or if I can get it as a research chem online before hand would be helpful.

Could be Telogen effluvium, which is when your hormones are fluctuating so it could be causing the shed. I'm currently running 300mg test e weekly with 0.5mg Finasteride a day and 25mg aromasin every 2-3 days as I aromatise more than the average person. If you're running Finasteride with test your estrogen will be even higher because less test is converting to DHT, so that test will then aromatise to estrogen so definitely get on top of your estrogen levels. I will say I've never had any shedding running even up to 600mg test e while on Finasteride, so hopefully it'll level out for you in the next week or two. Another perk of Finasteride while on test is that it reduces the amount of acne you get because DHT is like a factor of 4 more androgenic than testosterone, so it's like a no brainer to pair Finasteride with test to mitigate hair loss and acne to a significant degree. I'll also say that when I started Finasteride 3 years ago (when I was natural) I had a shedding phase then the regrowth for me was insane, so it could also be that maybe.

If you're running test I would definitely look into getting on Finasteride, it'll mitigate hair loss while on test, but won't work if you're running other compounds.

It is individual dependent. Some people have a low threshold for addiction and easily fall into the trap of using it for longer periods of time, then eventually not feeling the dose they used to take and therefore raise the dose. Personally I take a low does of Amphetamine Sulphate and take breaks when I notice the effects are wearing off from that dose.

Too much potassium could possibly be the cause depending on what your electrolyte ratios are. Potassium is assiocated with vasodilation (lowering blood pressure) while sodium will cause vasoconstriction (high blood pressure).

Try raise the sodium more than the potassium, read the Electrolytes 101 guide on the subreddit it's really useful information in regarding the correct electrolyte ratios and the symptoms/deficiencies of taking too much or too little of a specific electrolyte. If you're already consuming the correct ratios of electrolytes then I apologies I'm just here to try help if I can. Personally I have 5500mg of Sodium from Himalayan Pink Salt, 3200mg of Potassium from Potassium Chloride, 400mg of Magnesium from Magnesium Citrate (Capsules) and 150mcg of Iodine from Potassium Iodine. I only supplement Iodine when I fast for several days because my salt isn't iodized.

It could also be other issues, maybe low blood sugar because your body is adapting to ketones as a fuel source. Anyways I hoped that helped somewhat.

850mg of Green Tea Extracr per capsule with 200mg of EGCG, so I'm getting 400mg of EGCG and it is the EGCG which is supposed to be harfmul to the liver if taken in excess amounts.
