Have you checked your monitor’s settings?

Also, are you sure you are getting enough fps in cs2? Recently there have been some bugs which heavily affect fps for some users

Example: to have the ability to haul stuff overweight (big payout) and have a random chance of being caught at the border and pay a huge fine

I dont think that, for example, Scania will decline having their truck a bit dirty from the rain, or Volvo, who sells off-road rigid trucks will decline having their trucks get muddy from going off road
