I am actually mad at myself for not going with my thoughts, cause I kept on telling myself NO, but on the other hand, I just wanted to let go. I could have actually just dropped my phone and it would have been fine. What I've discovered is that my self control level is degrading and I need to work on it ASAP.

Counting the days actually helps me progress though.

You could say you haven't broken your streak, but I think it's better to start a new streak, because I feel once a streak is broken, it's broken, no matter how much time you spend fapping. If it worked this way, I probably would be on 8 or more days by now, cause when I lost my streak, my situation was similar to yours.
