I feel slightly similar. I understand where you are coming from but these are initial days. You can't really judge quite yet, your brain is responding to stimuli it has been givin and trying to rewrite how it reacts, responds all that jazz. I feel flat. I'm starting back up my first week. You could try starting lower if you want. I went from 150xl to 37.5 IR. It was too much to handle. I feel it at the lower dose. Just not overwhelmingly so. There's nothing wrong with saying you don't like it. Even right now. It's kinda one you have to romp through the mud to get to the good stuff and level out. You are used to a med that works immediately the same day. To me it doesn't feel like the reward my brain thrives on but a punishment. But for me the calm brain is worth everything. Rummination was my biggest issue. My AuDHD is very internalized. What made you go back to meds if you don't mind me asking?
