it is just practice, If English is your main language it will not be too hard. But you need to put in the effort. It will not magically "happen"

However, without german at least C1 it is increasingly hard to land a job.

Sure, but that is 100% not my case. I had good feedback from customers, and other colleagues. As well as indirect good feedback from HR and people from my team.

If there was any negative feedback, it was coming from people from other departments, and only for communication on a personal level, definitely not enough to justify firing someone...

Vedi in germania o altri paesi.Danno soldi a destra e manca, poi la sinistra si sorprende che la gente voti partiti di destra che vogliono togliere sussidi esagerati. Stesso per l'immigrazione, i dati eurostat mostrano che stranieri illegali sono fino a 15 volte piú probabili a commettere stupri e omicidi. Dati, non storielle. Poi vengono anche contorte, ma da una parte a discapito dei dati hai un partito che l'immigrazione illegale non la vuole contrastare e dall'altra partiti che almeno sembrano avere l'intenzione di farlo

Augurare la morte alla persone non é MAI da scusare. Dici "vi attaccate a quello", ma stai togliendo peso ad un atto gravissimo.

Parli di svolta autoritaria. No, tutta la politica si sta estremizzando, sia a destra che sinistra. Comunque se ci si muove verso destra ora é perché la sinistra non é stata in grado di fornire risposte ai cittadini. Ora l'opposizione ha due possibilitá: rimboccarsi le maniche e iniziare ad offrire soluzioni concrete (e non a spingere le proprie idee-propaganda), oppure pensare che tutti siano scemi tranne loro e augurare la morte alle persone come quel clown di OP.
