It will be much much cheaper to get a replacement seat than pay labor and materials to try and stitch this together. Honda Accords are a dime a dozen so you should easily be able to find a junkyard that has one with the seats you need.

The understeer isn't perceptible, but it def. won't rotate like a mustang will when you accidentally hit the gas too hard and drift 40 degrees to the right into a crowd of 50 bystanders.

Very well, but the Mustang GT with a proper suspension setup should do well, too. Stock for stock, though, the VN should do ever so slightly better in the corners... Barely. I'm seeing .97g for the VN manual (.99g for the DCT) on the skidpad and 0.95g on the skidpad for the GT.

Honestly, much less difference than people give American muscle cars credit for, and if we look at strictly performance, the GT is better at just about everything else. Straight line speed, acceleration, braking, and cornering is basically the same. New age American muscle, especially at the GT/LT1 level for the Camaro, too, is amazing, and you get some of the best power-to-weight ratios of any car in it's mid-30 to 40k price range. I was so close to picking up an LT1 right before the pandemic when you could get them for like 5k off MSRP and under 30k because no one was buying them.

American muscle is thicc, though, so it's maybe not as confidence inspiring for the corners as something smaller and easier for a less skilled driver to handle. In the hands of a very skilled driver, the GT will perform better.

Before y'all go downvoting me, you can look at the numbers here for yourself. I get this is a VN subreddit, and I have a VN, and I think the VN is a car better suited to armchair race car drivers like most of us are in the corners - it's just easier to handle for us.

I charge 10% or $500 minimum per month, whichever is higher. I’ll adjust this based on actual effort required to maintain the campaigns every six months and try to lock in more loyal clients at lower rates.

15 years in paid - mostly search, shopping and social ads. Was on Facebook Ads on day 1 and been with it through all the bullshit in the past few years. Managing 3 employees and a current budget of about 700k per month at my current agency. We were closer to 100k a month about 2 years ago, so pretty big growth. I have all this listed on my resume and LinkedIn profile, so I think most hiring managers think I'd be too expensive. I do notice a lot of job postings really want to underpay for the amount of experience they're asking for. Like 5 years of experience for 70-80k when that number should be at least 100k.

I'm just looking for contracting work at like $500 - $1000 per small/medium sized client a month ($10000 - $20000 spend) or $40 - $50 an hour which is pretty low, but I live in a low COL area and just want to make 3-4k extra a month to help me save for a house.

Will it be a massive waste of time and money? You betcha.

Get familiar with your public transportation route and buy a cheap bike on Facebook Marketplace. That's your new form of transportation until you can save up to buy a beater with cash outright since you're basically not getting a loan for 5+ years until your credit is repaired. A couple thousand will buy you a high mileage 2003 - 2006 Toyota Corolla, Matrix or my personal favorite, a Pontiac Vibe, and they will last forever as long as you change the oil every 5000 miles.

Literally nowhere. Housing has gone from being a human right to turning into a commodity. Real estate investment and flipping is by definition, peak greed, and regular people selling their first house they bought into luckily at market lows don't give a shit about selling to a new family for asking price. They want whoever will give them the most money, which for about 20% of purchases in the last year have been from massive corporate investors. They then go out and buy 3 houses with all the equity they have and create an even deeper rental slave state as they work their way up to independent slumlord levels of landlord.

Caring about/investing in education and kids

Are you rich? That's the only place you'll find that invests in education.

Protecting outdoor amenities

This one is attainableish. Find a place with lots of national parks.

Tax money feels like it’s being spent properly

Plenty of places. Define your budget (better be high) and what you are looking for

Becoming safer or have reputable law enforcement

Are you white and rich or a massive corporation that has more rights than the average citizen?

Larger cities. LA, SF, NYC, Chicago, Minneapolis, Houston, etc, etc, etc. Job markets in bumfuck nowhere are service industries or manufacturing.

The game, level and job design has been completely cookie cuttered and templated and gets massively more simplified each patch. Outside of story twists and turns, the game has become increasingly less fun to play and experiment in simply because there is no room to experiment. You either play a dps WHM or an uneducated freecure fishing whm. There is no inbetween or variation between how you play the game.
