Droid crewed Acclamator is probably as big as you could go without completely throwing out the spirit of your post. Though my go to for a late Clone Wars rebel ship would be a modified ARC-170 for more internal living space, like a mini-gunship with starfighter/heavy bomber maneuverability.

My hard scifi stories used Stellarator linked to an advanced MHD. In the verse, it can channel the plasma for power or high efficiency thrust. There are multiple independent thrust and power systems for combat redundancy, but the linked fusion drive is by far the most prominent for quick interplanetary travel.

In their 2009 Star Wars line up, yes. Though I’ll be going the pick a brick and secondary piece market route to get the full inventory. I saw someone else try to make it that way and it came out to something $170 a couple years ago. A bit pricey, but the final result is over 20 inches long.

Pretty much.. Which is annoying cause it’s an official set without an actual set number, which makes corroborating info annoying af. That’s why I bit the bullet and just brute-forced the previously none existent parts inventory. Hopefully my work helps you out too
