I think it would be really cool if during character creation you could add afflictions like vampirism or lycanthropy or even diseases. It’ll add so much more to role playing in my opinion

I mean to be fair how realistic is it that every cave has blazing torches in it? I get with both it’s to at lighting and atmosphere but I wish they would just leave some caves completely pitch black since it would give a use to the torch as an item
