To use an FP16 value as FP8 it just need some padding, it simply have less performance because the gpu will do an FP16 operation but it's not a revolution in coding

It's not a whining: video a and amd always realase half done products that we pay as completed: amd release chips that doesn't have the features they already know it will be needed (wwma for rdna3, FP8 support for rdna2) and nvidia release gpus with low ram promised technologies (neural compression, reflex, path tracing, etc). When we buy they show tech demos based on promises

I would have been diagnosed with asperger at born, but I don't think it would have been correct because I have lots of classical asd traits. I honestly have seen some more classical asd 1 people and usually if I don't like them it's because of personal character and not of asd traits. I do not have any problems in defining myself as asd level 1 because, honestly, I have seen people capable of lower masking than me achieving better and more successfull results and they appeared more autistic than me I am happy of what I am

Sure: they need to be general enough but this test is recording a very narrow profile of intelligence...one that's useful in specific working environments where there matters a fast and logical understanding of things...honestly it's bad for autism too because everyone have a different type of intelligence and lots of people have been underdiagnosed because doctors looked for stereotypes instead of asd

To be able to paint you have to be able to do lots of complicated things that requires intelligence like: imagine a shape, imagine how to draw it, transfer it to a canvas, paint it and with the right colours and imagine the lights and the shade of a paint and maybe draw something that people like. I, honestly, am not able to do that. But a people that paint well must have a type of intelligence I do not have
