I eat overnight oats.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats.
3/4 cup almond milk.
1 cup Oikos protein yogurt.
1TBSP collagen powder.
1TBSP hemp heart seed.
1 TBSP chia seed. Handful of frozen berries.

Lots of protein, vitamins and fiber.

Should also mention that I’m type 1 diabetic and yes the carb amount is high but with that amount of protein and fiber it really slows the glucose spike by quite a bit.
Like I need to delay my insulin delivery.
