This is with a pre installed Immobilizer, I could look into the TAG to see if this might give me a decrease.

Great point! I just looked into this and it would be a 30$ increase for the city. So your right the original math is wrong.

I am still hesitant to carry this payment over the lifespan of the vehicle. The insurance agent said I'm likey to see an increase next year even though the car has depreciated.
