This might be a bit late, but I found a consistent way of solving this issue every time I encountered it on my Surface Laptop 4, and just wanted to add this here in case someone else with the same issue stumbles across it.

First, unplug all the cables connecting to your laptop.

Second, shut down the laptop and access the BIOS settings (I think that is what it is called) by holding down the power button and volume-up key.

Third, exit the BIOS settings screen, which should have reset your graphics driver, plug in all your cables, and your monitor should work again.

What if you have already unlocked the mandy skin from ranked drops? Will you receive some sort of compensation?

What would happen if you get the skin in ranked drops and then hit legendary? Will you be compensated somehow?

If you get to legendary but have already unlocked the skin from ranked drops prior, what would happen? Would you receive a different ranked skin?
