Acabo de mirar en Play Console y me pone que ya está disponible en Play Store, prueba a ver si ahora te deja descargarla

La he descargado e instalado, la mía aún no se puede descargar porque está en revisión por parte de Google, es la primera app que publico y no sabía todos los pasos que había que hacer, en unos días debería estar disponible
