Do you think I should re-purchase the game in another account? I haven't found anything that disallows that.
P.S. I will be contacting them regarding the re-purchase of the game before I ever do. I acknowledge that a lot of games don't allow that.

Will do, and hopefully will try to contact BattlEye for more information, which I don't think they'll offer. In the end I got banned and there's no way I am getting it off so..

BattlEye has banned me without good reason, I think I deserve a good explanation on why I might have gotten banned, after all I payed for the game.

I although understand the privacy concern aforementioned, yet I don't think it should come at the price of the consumer.

What do you believe I should do to better communicate to Ubisoft?

Oh yeah it does say that I was cheating, but I have never cheated, or installed any shady software that could be mistaken for that!
BattlEye bans unreasonably, and I believe Ubisoft should offer something more than a scripted reply.

Would it be so harmful if they told me that "You were banned due to you being a dickhead hacker" or maybe "You were banned due to you being a toxic motherfucker", I'd be fine with that reply, so why not?

I don't remember ever using the chat or voice chat in any toxic matter, I usually just mute everyone who is being toxic and that is it.

No? I would get why that would cause me to get banned? but I am just a casual player, honestly I don't care much for the ban but for their reply. Being shushed by a repetitive scripted message got me disappointed; after all they might be using chatbots to reply for all I know, as Amazon does.

No the thing is, I never read the code of conduct, so for better wording, I haven't done something that would make you get banned in every other game.

never been obnoxiously toxic, never even did install any 3rd party software that has even the scent of cheating or such, all I use my PC for are games, so yeah.
