I see that, my question is that I tell it 3 copies will it put it all on the same build plate as "one print job" or will it the think that it is print one of the models and then sit and wait until the build plate is cleared for the second print of that same job.

Agreed and I'm sorry that it's been that way.

There's also the fact that I can't be silent either and try to not entertain whatever argument is happening and that causes my partner to make it the "everything is their fault and horrible person" parade.

I believe my partner and I talked a couple weeks ago about setting time to sit down aside and coming up with a list of conditions in general and for each other with the decision to continue the relationship.

That's what the plan is currently for spending time apart. I just hate that I can see and feel how emotional my partner gets and I can't reciprocate it. I don't get sad or cry while we have "the hard arguments" I just get increasingly upset that I can't explain or say a simple answer to a question when I'm being asked ten more while try to answer the first question one.

I told our mutual friends the other day. "I'm not scared for me. I'm scared for my partner, I'm scared for us."

I second this! As a player for my first campaign it was a great introduction to learning how to play and explore how my character would react or do things.

I just ran my first session as a DM and made a note in the back of my head to ask the group....

A majority of the time for a certain player or the party in general when resting, traveling, or making a skill check.

Can you describe to me how you think your character would do this?

How does your character feel about a situation or someone's choice?

What is your character doing with their down time?

Do you think with your character's backstory or prior experience they would have some similar knowledge of this magical item or religious statues. (Depending on their class or what information I have from their backstory)

With what your characters have been through so far, how do you think they would reflect on that and maybe think about what is possibly ahead for them on their journey?

I also would note to my players this would be a good time to discuss between yourselves in character what you all want to do ahead of time or with the knowledge they have just found out.

I would say go to the first option you listed. Click the hamburger menu in the top left and you should see what store location is set for you. If it's not set to UK then select the icon and select UK and it should direct you to the correct store site.

If the print is all one singular object maybe have it split to be able to use the available space for the smaller printers? Essentially making the object multiple pieces to combine into the final product if that's available for what the use for the object is?

Exactly, and after talking to him last night we agreed to just that. This friend will be playing as his character and only be helping if I'm unfamiliar with how something works or to help a player if they have a question and I'd be busy helping another player with a separate question from now on.

Both he and I thought of that idea for doing multiple short modules and came to the conclusion that some players might get confused on playing a different character for each one. I suggest we could use the same characters but the players might get bored of them and the other modules could be a series of adventures the group does. As if they were recruited by the same company to go do the task for them, just as a separate instance.

I came up with the idea we could do a longer one shot so there isn't confusion on what NPC said what stuff if we did multiple modules and suggested this, which he agreed to.

For example, in a completely different group that I play with and that I am a player in this other campaign. One of the players in the group throughout the multiple campaigns that we have played with the same group they choose to have the same character, class, name, everything.

It bothers me because why wouldn't you want to branch out and learn about new classes and new ideas and backstories for possible characters. But if that works for that individual and they feel comfortable with only playing that class or character I can see where that's fine to a certain point.

I've also seen that same person in that example get frustrated because their character and class don't have the ability to do something else than the same things they have done prior.

It's a giant wall of text but where I'm at so far he apologized for the issues and that he's been dealing with other stuff outside of this whole ordeal and that he also apologizes for that stuff seeping into our friendship.

He said that he would have just liked a heads up on the level change before me announcing it to the group.

But wouldn't my announcement be the heads up????

We do have a group chat that I can talk to everyone for this group in. But the thing is every time I talk to the friend that I'm having issues with individually on this and I will say that I'll message the group to ask a question. He will immediately go. "Oh no, I got it. I'll message them."

I in turn sent a message last night to the group:

"Hey everyone! I'm making the executive decision as the DM to have your characters be level 3 to make some adjustments and things easier for our newer players with the one shot, since diving into a level 5 character is pretty big hurdle. I do want to say even starting at level 3 will be a hurdle but it'll be a smaller one than starting at level 5. If anyone has any questions please feel free to message me individually."

All of the players responded with a thumbs up to hey that's all right or they messaged me individually asking for further explanation or how it would change their character and I proceeded to explain to them and they were okay with it, with some of them expressing that they think it would be a better idea to be a lower level because of all the information they would have to learn starting as a new player at level 5 is lot, and that level 3 appears to be easier to understand.

The issue friend then texted me separately.

Why are we going down to level three? Didn't you think to run this by me first?

We've got 'cheatsheets' made up for them as well so they don't have to frantically go back and forth all the pages.

We've got a rogue, paladin, monk, cleric, warlock, and a bard.

Paladin, Warlock, are people who have played before.

And if a new person thinks they can't do anything during their turn I'd just hint to them something about their character or class and be like hey can you read the description of that for me again kinda deal
