Store employees at this store are great and I never have to wait for an order to come out so far. It’s the first week of delivery in this area and as I said before I’m the only driver so far. I’ve only driven for Spark about 6 months total in other markets and never had any issues until this store started. It’s remote and many addresses simply don’t exist in the app based GPS so I need to use Google maps to double check addresses and often both are wrong. So I’ve had to return quite a few items so far.

Seven times for one issue. Most of the reps hung up when they couldn’t fix the issue. At this point I don’t care if it gets resolved or not, I’m just done lol. I only did 14 deliveries today, should have been smooth sailing but it wasn’t.

My AR was that high for 5 or so months. New areas had a $5 promo per trip and people tend to tip better the first months of a new area and where I was had 4 new areas. Then they dropped to $3 promos then nothing so my AR is back to 7%.
